I used Chicagoland Plumbing for 3 projects, with the largest being a non-heating water heater that according to Whirlpool needed a new thermocoupler, which Whirlpool supplied. Brian arrived to replace the defective part but found the water heater really needed a new gas control valve instead. He spoke with Whirlpool to confirm and came back the next night after the gas control part arrived late afternoon. He kept in touch by phone to let me know when he would be able to fit in my job. I really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to work later. His pricing was very fair considering my job required two housecalls instead of one.
